INSTRUCTIONS FOR MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FORMS
CATEGORY A - FAMILY MEMBERSHIP
Category ‘A’ Family Membership is for eligible married couples with or without minor children. Category ‘A’ Family
Membership includes all dependent minor children in the custody of either adult member. It also includes
dependents between the ages of 18 and 21 whose permanent residence is with their parents. Those who have their
own temporary residence while away from home attending school, for example, may be considered as residing
with their parents. A Category ‘A’ Family Membership shall entitle its holders to two (2) votes. Each adult family
member shall have one vote and be qualified for elective corporate office.
Membership dues for the 2025 calendar year: $200.00

CATEGORY B - FAMILY MEMBERSHIP
Category ‘B’ Family Membership is for eligible widowed, divorced, or otherwise eligible single parents whose
household includes minor children. A Category ‘B’ Family Membership includes all dependent minor children in the
custody of the adult member. It also includes dependents between the ages of 18 and 21 whose permanent
residence is with their parents. Those who have their own temporary residence while away from home attending
school, for example, may be considered as residing with their parents. A Category ‘B’ Family Membership shall
entitle its holder to one (1) vote, and he/she shall be qualified for elective corporate office.
Membership dues for the 2025 calendar year: $150.00

CATEGORY C INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP
Category ‘C’ Individual Membership is for eligible members that are at least 18 years of age who maintain an
independent residence from their parents and do not have custody of minor children, and for all eligible single
individuals 21 years of age and older regardless of whether they reside with their parents or live independently.
Each Category ‘C’ Individual Member shall have one (1) vote and be qualified for elective corporate office.
Membership dues for the 2025 calendar year: $100.00
